Hitchcocks "Psycho" darf wieder erschrecken
Und zwar in hochauflösender Qualität: Universal plant am 16. September die Veröffentlichung von Alfred Hitchcocks "Psycho" als "50th Anniversary Edition" auf Blu-ray Disc. Neben dem originalen Mono-Ton gibt es auch einen neuen DTS HD 5.1-Track in Englisch. Dieser wurde künstlich aus den originalen Elementen generiert und neu abgemischt. In England soll "Psycho" bereits am 2. August erscheinen.
Folgende Extras wurden bisher für die Veröffentlichung angekündigt:
- Psycho Sound: A never-before-seen piece that looks at the re-mastering process required to create a 5.1 mix from the original mono elements using Audionamix technology.
The Shower Scene: A look at the impact of music on the infamous “shower scene.”
